Renting a bike is easy!
When you would like to cycle on the Costa Blanca, you can bring your own bike. But why go through the hassle of having to disassemble your bike in order to fit it into a flight case? Let alone running the risks of damaging or even losing your precious bike during air transport. And perhaps you would like go out for MTB rides on your holiday as well as some trips on the road bike. Treat yourself therefore to the convenience of a rental MTB of Snakebite.
As material for the MTB rental we have chosen hard tail MTBs. We offer a choice between bikes with 27.5'' (650B) wheels or 29'ers. The choice between these two is mainly a question of personal preference, though the novice mountain biker will probably feel a bit more at ease on a 27.5'' model.
To fully enjoy your mountain bike trips, our mountain bikes are equipped with puncture-proof tires. The inner tubes of our MTBs are filled with a liquid that helps to prevent a leak. Because leak prevention has its limits, we always send you off with a multi tool, spare inner tube, pump and puncture repair kit.
We offer a choice between SPD (clip-in) pedals and flat (platform) pedals. Though we have a limited number of rental shoes and helmets available, bikers are advised to bring their own shoes, helmet and biking clothes.

Our bike rental procedure is follows:
- Book your bike(s) online by sending us an email (see contact page).
- Pick-up and drop-off is possible every day of the week (Monday to Sunday). Pick-up and drop-off of bikes is by appointment only. Delivery at your hotel or house is also possible.
- At pick-up of the bike(s) you are requested to sign a rental contract. The rental fee is due at the moment of picking up the bike and should be paid in cash.
- At pick-up you are requested to show a valid ID. The data of your ID will be written down on the rental contract.
- A deposit of € 150 per bicycle may be required. The deposit can be paid in cash or by writing down the client's credit card details on the rental contract. The card will not be charged, as long as the bike is returned intact.
- The client is liable for any damage to or theft of the bike. The client can take out an insurance at Snakebite's. The cost of the insurance is € 5 per day. This insurance reduces the client's liability to € 100. The insurance is not obligatory. Theft is always reported to the Guardia Civil in Moraira.
